Anyone else interested in doing a podcast??? I just was reading my most favorite quilting blog - Judy L's and she has just recently started doing a few podcasts. It was so fun to hear her voice, not at all what I expected - BETTER! :)
I left her a comment asking for her to give us a few instructions on how to go about doing this too?? I already have a microphone now what??? Do I need to download a program?
Wouldn't it be neat to have a day of the week where all the bloggers post a podcast and we can hear each other? :c) I think that last post about our trip to KY would have been easier to talk about than type and with the twins these days it would be so much easier for me to talk rather than type....
I have a webcam too - but no one wants to see me these days!!! The twins are keeping me busier than busy!!! I am having a hard time remembering to eat much less finding time to shower during the day. :P ~Bonnie

I love getting comments! It lets me know that you stopped by! I try hard to reply to everyone who visits but *please note* I cannot reply to your comment, unless you have your email address visible in your settings!
To do so - Log into blogger on your dashboard page, click where it says "edit profile" on the left side of the page. Then check "SHOW EMAIL ADDRESS" in the 3rd line down, and at the bottom of the page click SAVE CHANGES! Thanks!

I'm the last one to give instructions. I pretty much muddle my way through it. I googled "how to make a podcast" and the info I learned there is all I know. But, I downloaded a program called "Audacity" and that does the recording. I downloaded another program (can't remember what it is and I'm on the wrong computer now) but it was also in the "how to make a podcast" info, that converts the recordings to mp3 format. As I learn more, I'll share but right now, I just don't know what I'm doing.

Congrats on the babies. They are cute and looks like everyone is happy. It is so nice to hear from you again. Life will change but we will be patient, con't worry. It is hard to sew when there are two little ones and one helper needing your attention. Just keep us posted with pictures of the kids.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I am so glad to see that the babies are doing well and that you are too. I was worried that you didn't post for so long, I was afraid something bad happened. I kept checking for updates and was so glad when I saw one this morning. yeah!! They are beautiful. Congrats!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I admit it. I thought about the podcast idea for 1/2 a second but I already have more than enough to do .I prefer to writing to speaking anyway so I'll stick with blogging.
