ATTN Anyone needing their carpets cleaned: I would not ever use them again!!! Too many phone calls with more and more up-charges. Wish I had gone with the locally owned family business "American Steam Cleaners" b/c from the start they ask for measurements of rooms and made an accurate quote over the phone. :/ live and learn.... and then share with your experience with all your friends!
What started out as a quoted $159.99+tax deal turned into a $250+ tax deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! URGH!
